With a distinguished career in cartography — having created high-design thematic maps for major publications and companies — and as host of his podcast Very Expensive Maps, Evan shared insights into his map-making process, design philosophy, and how he brings maps to life.
Guess the Location
Members were encouraged to bring a map or image that hides just enough detail to make the place a mystery. After the IMIA business session, members broke into small groups where they could share their mystery map or clue while others tried to guess the location.
